この3連休、いかがお過ごしですか？この連休は、長野へ行く方や、北海道では初すべりなどの自慢げな便りが届いておりますが私は静岡でぬくぬくと只の生活をしております。
週末は、大阪に行ってきました。大阪での仕事はまずまず首尾よく進み、今後の展開が楽しみ。まあ、仕事の話は置いておいて、その帰りに相方のリクエストでお好み焼きに。事前に関西の先輩にわざわざ訊いて、鶴橋の花月本店。うん、確かにおいしい。さすがは本場。しかし、非常に気になったのだが、ここは「ど韓国タウン」であると言う点で、周りを見渡すと焼肉屋が信じられないくらい密集している。そこにあるほぼ全ての店舗が焼肉ないし、ホルモンなどの焼き物専門店。町中が、ニンニクと肉を焼く匂いでいっぱい。この中に、おそらく名店と言われている焼肉があるのではないか、一応どこか入ったほうが良いのだろうか、と思いながら、今回は鶴橋を後にしました。
帰りの新幹線はあわただしく、走るようにしてこだま号の座席に着席。途中、名古屋の2分間の短い停車時間を利用して、嗚呼、憧れのきしめんパイをようやくゲット！おつりのやり取りの時点で発車ベルがけたたましく鳴り、一瞬きしめんパイが為に、ホームに置いてきぼりにされるところでした。きしめんパイ、この粉っぽいところがおいしいんだよなー。

How are you spending this holiday? While I’m at home, everyone seems to be enjoying, like snowboarding or traveling in Nagano. I had a chane to go to Osaka last week for a meeting with my clients which worked well, so I expect my work to develop better. After the meeting, I went to Kagetsu in Tsuruhashi, Okonomiyaki restaurant, with my business partner. Since he wanted to eat real-Okonomiyaki in this time, which is popular food in Osaka, I asked my ex-superior who is familiar with Osaka which one he recommends in advance. Surely tasted good! This area was lined with many Yakiniku-restaurants, like Korea, filled with smell of meats and garlics. The well-known one surely exists somewhere in this area. With thinking of something like this, I left Tsuruhashi.
I jumped onto a bullet train and got a seat. In Nagoya-sta, I bought a “Kishimen-pie”, my favorite sweets, quickly. I almost missed the train for pie, though. It tastes a bit floury, but it’s the accent of this taste.
